1. PAYMENT:
25% advance
payment for all effected bookings, no later than 14 days after the booking.
Balance payment to be settled one month prior to departure.
2.
CHILDREN REDUCTION:
Infants under the age of 2 are free of charge. Children 2 – 8, 50% reduction, 9
– 12, 25% reduction. Reductions are valid only if child occupies a bed in
parent’s cabin.
3.
CANCELLATIONS:
Fees apply only where cancelled bookings have not been replaced by either Tour
Operator or the company. Up to 31 days prior to departure 25%, 30 – 16 days
prior to departure 50%, 15 days or later or “non – shows” even due to unforeseen
circumstances beyond clients control 100%.
4.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL CRUISES:
Although cruise itinerary is almost always followed as indicated, on occasion
due to unforeseen circumstances such as exceptionally bad weather, the captain
upon whom full responsibility is placed for the safety and comfort of the
passengers may take required changes at his discretion. Times of arrival and
departure at the various ports of call are given as a guide and we cannot
guarantee that they will strictly adhered to. Omitting a port of call or making
required changes in itinerary, does not entitle passengers for any claims or
refunds.
5.
THE COMPANY
reserves the right to cancel any cruise, in which case the full rate will be
refunded. If necessary itinerary may be changed and vessel substituted, before
or after commencement of cruise. Fares are established in accordance with the
exchange rate and fuel prices at the time of printing, and they are liable to
change without notice. After commencement of the cruise, should the vessel
sustain any break down in machinery or be disabled by fire, grounding or
collision for more than 48 hours, disrupting the cruise itinerary and if no
acceptable alternate arrangements or substitute vessel of similar quality is
offered, then the passenger will be given a proportional per diem or paid cruise
fare. No further claims will be accepted. It is further recognized that the
company is Greek Registry and it accordingly is agreed between the
passengers/Tour Operators and the Company that the interpretation of the terms
and conditions, as well as the determination of issues concerning the conduct of
the cruise, will be resolved solely according to the Greek laws in Greel courts.
6.
PASSENGERS
are advised to purchase a “trip cancellation” policy for expected contingencies.
Passengers are covered by insurance while cruising with Company Yachts in case
of accident or death for the maximum amount of Euro 7350. As this amount is the
maximum liability of Company/ Owner or vessels, passengers/ Tour operators are
advised to also purchase an individual/ Accident Insurance Policy. The above
conditions shall constitute the sole contract between the Company/ Owner of
vessel and passengers/ Tour operators, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.
SAILING IS NOT PERMITTED
if the wind has power of over 6 Beaufort
8.
PASSENGER’S ACCOMMODATION
is in double air – conditioned cabins with private facilities
9.
LUNCH or DINNER
will be offered in accordance with the cruise itinerary and excursions
10.
VALUABLES
and jewelry may be left with the captain for safekeeping. No liability
whatsoever exists for valuables not deposited this way.
11.
TIPS – GRATUITIES:
While tipping is a personal matter, passengers wishing to express their
appreciation may be guided by the Greek Seaman’s Union agreement (approximately
7% of the cruise fare for distribution among crew members). Tips are given
directly to the captain, in order to be distributed equally to the crew.
12.
LINEN
is changed twice a week and
TOWELS
are changed every day, during the cruise.
13.
BAR:
An organized bar can satisfy the needs of the clients, offering them a variety
of drinks and refreshments. Clients are not permitted to bring their own drinks
on board.
14.
MINIMUM PARTICIPATION
of 20 guests / 10 cabins on each departure.
